Trying out the 2.5D in Zbrush

Messed around with a sculpt for a couple of minutes. Fun and all but still uncertain when or where to use the 2.5D in production.

Doodle some in Zbrush. An alien of some sort. Haven't worked in Zbrush for 1,5 month so it's nice to get back to it. Also I'm trying out a mesh based hair solution. Gonna try it out on some other characters.
Really itching to make several characters :)

So, back o work today. Wich means time for drawing while commuting :)
Lately I've been using sketchbook pro on the iPad. After being addicted to Artrage for the last month or so. I discovered the #2 and #3 pencil. Man they're sweet!
Think I'll stay in sketchbook for a while.
Hopefully I'll get my macbook pro back from the doctor today. I long for some Zbrush time! Will get some at work though :P
