Artrage portrait wip

A portrait of my youngest daughter, 1.5 y old, using Artrage on the iPad.
Still a work in progress.
I love how easy it is to swap between wet and dry paint and to work the paint with the palette knife. Feels almost like the real thing. I'm actually not missing the pressure sensetivity at all. I guess I got used to not having it, on the iPad at least.

iPad doodles in Artrage and Sketchbook

Here are a few iPad doodles. I use Sketchbook Pro, Artrage mostly. Artrage is almost as awesome as on the mac but a bit too unstable at the moment. Hopefully they'll fix those issues swiftly.

Ipad drawings & Artrage

Got my iPad about a month and a half ago. Im really enjoying it and I use it for drawing all the time.

Im really exited right nowmsince Artrage was released today. If you beard about Artrage, it's a painting software simply put. But a brilliant one. Much easier to gwt a grip of than Painter that in my book got way to advanced years ago. If I want that level of software I'll use Photoshop. Anyways, Artrage feels quite good on the iPad. It crashes alot tho, and its really slow and laggy. But kudos to the software engineers, they got all features from the mac version I think. Mzybe an update will fix the performance issues. It works anyways so its not that bad. Only thing is that I need that Griffin/Targus stylus! :)

Hmm, seems like Im unable to post any pics from the iPad :S
Pics coming soon!

Working on a major update.

I'm working the new website and it'll be done sometime in June probably. The update will be filled with Zbrush stuff and digital paintings from Artrage/Sketchbook. Hopefully Zbrush 4 for mac will be released soon, it would make my job much easier.
